Flooding on A4 Portway prompts warning to drivers

Motorists are being warned of hazardous driving conditions on the A4 Portway in Bristol this morning because of flooding.
The affected section of road is southbound between the A4162 Sylvan Way and A4176 Bridge Valley Road junctions.
