Britain's biggest tyre dumper Carl Steele ordered to pay back just �122 of �2.5m fortune
Carl Steele, from Deeping St. Nicholas, Lincolnshire caused an estimated �500,000 in damage to the environment during a two year spree, during which he dumped an estimated one million tyres at sites across Britain.
